Why We Need Exercise?
Exercise is very important for people. One of the good results that can happen to people from exercise is to develop a healthier and stronger body. Exercise will regulate proper body functioning. When people are doing exercise, they move their body frequently; their heart will beat more quickly and harder to strengthen the cardiovascular system. Thus, exercise will bring better circulation for blood flow. Exercise can cause heart, lung, and other organs to be well functioning. With the increased blood flow, more oxygen will be circulated throughout the body. Better circulation due to exercise can also lower one’s blood pressure. Exercising could build and maintain healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the "diseases of affluence" such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity. All of these can result in a stronger and healthier body due to working out.
